So where do you start?

1. NMIT Online is powered by a software system called Moodle. If you haven't done so already you should take the Moodle Tour [linked to a Moodle intro customised for each programme] as an introduction to using the online tools. It gives you hints on using the navigation tools within NMIT Online, using Discussion forums, submitting assessments and other tools you may be using in this course.
2. Edit your profile, making sure you enter the email address and contact details that you will be using for your study. If you can, upload a photo. You can get help here.
3. Explore the course taking a quick look at the course activities and resources
4. In particular check the Course outline and the Summary of Assessments to see what you're aiming for.
5. Check you have completed all the workplace training/supervision requirements
6. Introduce yourself to your fellow students in the student forum.
