CULTURE CHANGE
- Ongoing process, aided by consistent messages and practices
- All comms to be open, timely and appropriate
- Encourage “all NMIT” conversations
- Roll out blended learning about LDF – so that staff can access at own pace, place, time
- This is sustainable change, lead within areas by Champions
- Centre-led rather than top down change
- All-encompassing and embedded in NMIT
COMMUNICATION PLAN
- 2014 was largely internal – focussed on bringing the whole team on board
- 2015 will need to retain that focus, and add some external communication strategies
