    • Ongoing process, aided by consistent messages and practices
      • All comms to be open, timely and appropriate
      • Encourage “all NMIT” conversations
      • Roll out blended learning about LDF – so that staff can access at own pace, place, time
      • This is sustainable change, lead within areas by Champions
      • Centre-led rather than top down change
      • All-encompassing and embedded in NMIT

    COMMUNICATION PLAN
    • 2014 was largely internal – focussed on bringing the whole team on board
    • 2015 will need to retain that focus, and add some external communication strategies

      • Student updates/feedback
      • Presenting paper at National Tertiary Learning and Teaching Conference
